<br /> ORDINANCE CITATION"(#B.C. 1219), for the purpose of extortion of funds and
<br /> preformance from :Edward-Joseph :Cycenas©
<br /> 21. I, James Flanigan, freely admit and confess that on or about the 11th day of June, 2001,
<br /> I recieved a Counter Foreiture and Notice from Patent-Assign :Edward-Joseph
<br /> :Cycenas©that My actions: were an infringement/trespass on a Patent, contituted use
<br /> without authority, would incur a daily use fee of ten thousand dollars($10,000.00) for
<br /> all days that the aformentioned presentment existed as a claim or cloud on or pretaining
<br /> to any right,title or interest contrary to the Patent.
<br /> 22. 1,James Flanigan,Freely admit and confess that in addition to daily fees, I have
<br /> indebted myself in the Counter Forfeiture action for two hundred seventy five thousand,
<br /> five hundered ninty dollars ($275,590.00) due and Payable, as itemized in the affidavit
<br /> of truth,to:Edward-Joseph: Cycenas© for my default.
<br /> 23. 1, James Flanigan, admitt and confess that I recieved Actual and Constructive Notice of
<br /> Default, and Instrument of Release, on June 22nd, 2001,making the above debt
<br /> amounts both certified and due.
<br /> 24. I, James Flanigan, freely admit and confess that I was given ample opportunity to
<br /> correct my infringement/trespass and willfully chose to continue knowing that each day
<br /> I failed to correct my infringement/trespass I incurred an additional debt of ten
<br /> thousand Dollars($10,000.00).

<br /> June, 2002,to incur a daily fee of ten thousand dollars.
