The <br /> footings/crawlspace can be permitted as it is less than 25% of the structural members. <br /> Any future additions or alterations will be restricted. <br /> Because the existing dwelling has to be lifted to do this work, you might consider moving <br /> the dwelling back to meet the 75 foot setback requirement.
