A draft buffer restoration plan for your <br /> property is enclosed. Please review the restoration plan carefully. Modifications may be <br /> possible within the buffer restoration requirements. <br /> The zoning office requires an agreement that specifies your shoreline will be restored and <br /> maintained according to this restoration plan. The agreement must be signed, notarized, <br /> and registered in order to receive the land use permit. Plantings must be completed by <br /> June 30, 2006. The Burnett County Register of Deed's address is the same as above, <br /> except that the room is #140. The telephone number is 715-349-2183.
