BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 County Road K, #102 Phone (715) 349-2138 <br /> Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br /> April 18, 2000 <br /> Donna Hagert COPY <br /> 3446 Pleasant Avenue #6 <br /> Minneapolis, MN 55408 <br /> Dear Ms. Hagert: <br /> On April 12, 2000, I conducted an onsite sewer inspection of your property located at 27277 East <br /> Devils Lake Road. <br /> During the course of the inspection I routinely verify the lake setback requirements for new <br /> construction. <br /> A setback check found your structure only 80 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Devils <br /> Lake. It appears that a deck will be added lakeside to your home. <br /> In discussing the situation with John Fink he indicated that the house dimension was changed <br /> and I verified this with the building permit. The structure length went from 32 feet to 36 feet. <br /> Presently only a 6-foot deck could be allowed to the structure. <br /> As there is some interpretation involved in the ordinary high water mark determination we will <br /> contact the DNR for assistance. <br /> Please contact our office should you have any further questions. <br /> `Sincerely, <br /> Keith Stoner <br /> Zoning Technician <br /> KS:mb <br />
