I also verified setback form the wetland Easterly of the proposed building site. <br /> Due to the presence of a couple of large stumps, tree tops, etc. it was difficult to <br /> ascertain the setback from the point closest to the proposed structure. Woody <br /> debris placed into a wetland constitutes fill,just as sand would, and must be <br /> removed. My best estimate is that the comer of the proposed building was in the <br /> 37 to 38 foot range.
