Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a request from <br /> CHRISTOPHER and AMY BANGS, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be surveyed and <br /> mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map <br /> is a true and correct representation of that survey; <br /> THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as follows: <br /> A parcel of land being part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map Volume 19, Pages 283-284 and part of Lot 31 <br /> of an unrecorded plat of Johnson Lake by Joseph Stadler filed as D-635 in the County Surveyor's Office <br /> located in Government Lot 6 of Section 23, Township 40 North, Range 16 West, Town of Oakland, County <br /> of Burnett, State of Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing from the East Quarter Comer of Section 23; <br /> THENCE S50054'49"W 754.20 feet to a point on the meander line of Johnson Lake and the West <br /> Line of Lot 32 of an unrecorded plat by Joseph Stadler filed as D-635 being the Point of Beginning; <br /> THENCE S38053'49"E 261.85 feet along said West Line to the newly constructed center line of <br /> South Johnson Lake Road; <br /> THENCE S58°31'15"W 81.75 feet along said center line; <br /> THENCE S65041'55"W 28.25 feet along said center line; <br /> THENCE N33008'43"W 212.05 feet to a point on a meander line of Johnson Lake; <br /> THENCE N300 15'19"E 93.26 feet along said meander line to the Point of Beginning. <br /> This parcel contains 24,400 square feet (0.56 acres) more or less and includes lands lying between the <br /> meander line and the shore line of Johnson Lake. <br /> THAT such map is a correct representation of all of the exterior boundaries of the land surveyed and the <br /> division thereof, <br /> THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes in surveying, <br /> dividing and mapping the same. <br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES <br /> 1. This survey is being made to facilitate a transfer of lands to be obtained on which part of the septic <br /> lines and drainfield encroached onto (Lot 1 Certified Survey Map Volume 19, Pages 283-284). <br /> 2. The original parcel as deeded in Volume 485, Page 204 of the Burnett County Register of Deeds is <br /> Lot 31 of the Joseph Stadler unrecorded plat filed as D-635 in the Burnett County Surveyor's Office. <br /> 3.
