Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pur- <br /> suant to a request from GERALD JESCHKE, I have caused the hereinafter <br /> described lands to be surveyed and mapped under my direction and super- <br /> vision; and to my best knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map <br /> is a true and correct representation of that survey; <br /> THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is <br /> described as follows: <br /> A parcel of land located in Government Lot 6, Section 35, Township 40 <br /> North, Range 15 West , Town of Jackson and the fractional Northwest <br /> Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 Township 39 North, Range <br /> 15 West , Town of Sand Lake, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin <br /> and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 35 which is <br /> also the Point of Beginning ; <br /> THENCE N01042159"W 76.09 feet along the monumented North-South <br /> Quarter Line of said Section 35; <br /> THENCE 588051129"E 877.11 feet to a point on the West Line of <br /> Lot 14 of an unrecorded plat filed as D-721 ; <br /> THENCE N15027 ' 18"W 3. 27 feet ; <br /> THENCE S88051131"E 263.03 feet to a meander line of Mallard Lake; <br /> THENCE S36003131"E 100.94 feet along said meander line; <br /> THENCE S89016149"E 99.84 feet along said meander line; <br /> THENCE S37026150"W 260. 24 feet to a point on the easterly right- <br /> of way line of Corbin Road; <br /> THENCE N55000142"W 200.50 feet along said right-of-way line; <br /> THENCE N37048147"W 126.76 feet along said right-of-way line to a <br /> point on the town line between Jackson and Sand Lake Townships ; <br /> THENCE N88051129"W 895.98 feet along said town line to the Point <br /> of Beginning . <br /> This parcel contains 145, 200 square feet (3.3 acres) more or less <br /> and includes those lands lying between the meander line and shore <br /> line of Mallard Lake as shown on the map and is subject to ease- <br /> ments and restrictions of record. <br /> THAT such map is a correct representation of all of the exterior bound- <br /> aries of the land surveyed and the division thereof; <br /> THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the <br /> Wisconsin Statutes in surveying, dividing and mapping the same. <br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES <br /> 1 . This survey involves Lots 13 and 14 of an unrecorded plat by W.G. Hoar <br /> surveyed in the mid sixties. Most of the found pipes I attribute to <br /> this plat (D-721 ) . I let the found irons control the North boundary <br /> of Lot 1 (old Lot 14) , this gives Lot 1 about three more feet in width <br /> than was deeded (see Deed Volume 280, Page 429 ) lying East of the road <br /> only. West of the road is deeded as the South only 76' of Government <br /> Lot 6. <br /> 2. Two set irons, as shown, fall between the monumented `CSC NO� rpt <br /> meander line and the shore line. These are intended <br /> to mark deeded lines to the shore which are not <br /> extensions of the side lot lines as platted.
