This plan was put together by the Burnett County Land <br /> and Water Conservation Department and you had signed an agreement for its completion. <br /> An inspection of this buffer restoration was conducted on 9-6-00. This inspection found <br /> the restoration plan only partially completed. See inspection comments below. <br /> Work on the buffer is in progress. Construction of the addition is underway. <br /> Some groundcovers have been transplanted to buffer area. Much of the buffer has <br /> been allowed to grow. <br /> There are bare spots that remain, that need to be revegetated.
