BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION
BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
7410 County Road K., #102 Phone (715) 349-2138
Siren, Wisconsin 54872
October 2, 2000
Dennis F. D'Jock .../
3031 Agnes Street
Eau Claire, WI 54701
Dear Mr. D'Jock:
As part of the conditions of your Land Use/Building permit #23959 a shoreline buffer
restoration plan was required. This plan was put together by the Burnett County Land
and Water Conservation Department and you had signed an agreement for its completion.
An inspection of this buffer restoration was conducted on 9-6-00. This inspection found
the restoration plan only partially completed. See inspection comments below.
Work on the buffer is in progress. Construction of the addition is underway.
Some groundcovers have been transplanted to buffer area. Much of the buffer has
been allowed to grow.
There are bare spots that remain, that need to be revegetated. Plant bare areas
with groundcovers and mulch as recommended in the original buffer restoration
plan.
This restoration is not only a required part of your permit, but it also is extremely
important to the water quality and natural scenic beauty of our water bodies.
Please contact the Land and Water Conservation office at 349-2186 within 15 days to
establish a new completion schedule and to resolve any concerns regarding this
restoration plan.
Si erely,
J' 1 Flanigan
oning Administrator
JF:mb
cc: Land and Water Conservation Department
