On the application <br /> you indicated that Dave Ferris had been out to review your basement addition. I spoke <br /> with Dave today and reviewed your application with him. <br /> A permit could be issued for your basement with a complete erosion control plan (i.e. silt <br /> fence, staked hay bales, seeding and mulching as soon as practical). <br /> Your proposed deck addition that would encroach into the 75-foot setback area could <br /> only be issued under the Gazebo Bill WI Statute 59.692 (lv). Additions allowed under <br /> this provision could only be constructed after the required buffer restoration has been <br /> implemented.
