Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a request b= CLARENCE PETERSON, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be surveyed and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge and belief, this Certified Survey Map is a true and correct representation of that survey; THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as follows: Part of Government Lot 7 and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 40 North, Range 15 West and a parcel of land located in Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 40 North, Range 15 West, Town of Jackson, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of Section 13; THENCE N81028157"W 685.03 feet along the South line of said Section 13 to a point on the easterly lot line of Lot 1 of the Plat of "Bonner Lake", Volume 4 of Plats, Page 120, which is also the Point of Beginning. THENCE N81028157"W 273.53 feet along said Section line to a point on the westerly line of said Lot 1; THENCE, leaving said Section line, S33000150"W 128.66 feet along the westerly line of said Lot 1 to a meander line of Bonner Lake; THENCE N4804014311W 105.53 feet along said meander line. THENCE N72044138"W 87.95 feet along said meander line; THENCE N63°26127"W 195.49 feet along said meander line; THENCE, leaving said meander line, N31032146"E 372.88 feet to a point on the southerly platted right-of-way line of Bonner Lake Road; THENCE S63004150"E 200.73 feet along said right-of-way line; THENCE S63002'10"E 90.77 feet to the point of curvature of a non-tangential curve of said Bonner Lake Road; THENCE 251.17 feet along the arc of a circle whose center lies southwesterly and whose radius is 344.24 feet the chord of said arc bearing S43030144"E; THENCE S23052147"E 134.95 feet to the Point of Beginning. This parcel contains 184,110 square feet (4.22 acres)more or less and is subject to easements. THAT such map is a correct representation of all of the exterior boundaries of the land surveyed and the division thereof; THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 in surveying, dividing and mapping the same. SURVEYOR'S NOTES 1. This property was involved in Circuit Court Case No. 86 CV 207. The final judgement is the basis of the southerly and easterly boundaries. See judgement for particulars. 2. Surveyor Crane prepared a surveymap for this area and set monuments along the Section line. This map is recorded in Volume 436, Pages 128-129 of the Burnett County Register of Deeds. Vie did not locate all of these monuments. Please refer to that map for particulars. 3. The monuments found from the original Bonner Lake Plat were accepted as being in original positions.
