May 24, 1999 <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> Enclosed please find a completed"Application of Land Use Permits", a survey map of the <br /> related properly and a check in the amount of$150.00. <br /> We wish to replace the roof on the cabin highlighed in blue on the enclosed map. The <br /> structure currently has a flat roof, in need of replacement for the third time in approximately 20 years. <br /> Because this is simply a summer property we are not there to repair leaks as they develop and the <br /> interior walls have again rotted and need to be replaced. We would like to replace the flat roof with a <br /> pitched roof,which we understand will extend the life of the roof and,also will make the cabin more <br /> aesthetically appealing. The structure is basically a rectangle 26x24'. It is not our intent to loft this <br /> space to create storage space or sleeping space, but simply to pitch the flat roof. <br /> Please call 612-805-3000 or 651-770-7928 with any questions.
