Montana <br /> 5930 Minnow Lake Road <br /> Danbury, WI 54830 <br /> Dear Ms. Rogers and Ms. Montana: <br /> On 8/8/02 I conducted an onsite visit to your property on Gull Lake at 5930 Minnow <br /> Lake Road. <br /> I verified the setback to the lake from the staked area and found this to exceed the Burnett <br /> County setback requirements. <br /> During my onsite, I did note that following potential violations: <br /> 1. Placement of f L camper on Lot 4 without a permit placed within the 75' lake <br /> setback. <br /> 2. Construction of a storage shed building(12'x16') on Lot 4 without a permit. <br /> 3. Placement of a camping unit on Lot 3 without a permit and connecting to a sewer. <br /> A sanitary system evaluation will be required prior to issuing your land use permit, as the <br /> drainfield appears to be saturated. <br /> Please contact this offs e if you have any further questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Keith E.
