A Variance from Section 4 .1A of the Burnett County Subdivision Ordinance <br /> was granted by the Land Use Committee on August 7, 1990 to rearrange existing <br /> lot lines to create 2 lots less than 20,000 sq. ft. each. <br /> 2.) The First Addition to Pine Knoll Subdivision is a recorded plat with the <br /> Burnett County Register of Deeds. It was surveyed by W.G. Hoar in 1961. <br /> SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE: <br /> I, Douglas R.
