Pursuant to outlet filter product approval stipulations,maintenance information must be given to <br /> the owner of the POWTS explaining that periodic cleaning of the effluent filter is required. The access opening <br /> used to service the filter shall terminate at or above finished grade with a watertight cover. <br /> • The bottom of the distribution cell shall be level per the Mound Component Manual. The"D"dimension shall <br /> be a minimum of 18". The maximum finished slope of the mound surface shall be equal to or less than 3:1 <br /> per the Mound Component Manual. <br /> Note <br /> • This mound system is designed to have the up slope edge of the gravel on the 96.0' contour.
