I have been trying to contact the <br /> DNR to hopefully get the floodplain study approved. This would allow us to issue the <br /> land use/building and fill/grade under one permit. I was not able to get DNR approval <br /> yet. <br /> Enclosed is your filling/grading permit. Please note this permit will allow fill in the area <br /> shown on the photo only. This fill is to be to a minimum elevation of 988.20 which will <br /> be at the regional flood elevation. This permit allows fill to be placed only in the area <br /> which has been previously filled.
