"K", #120 (EC'p JUL 2 8 2008 <br /> Siren, Wisc. 54872 <br /> Re: Review of Certified Survey Map for Sheila Williams <br /> Dear Jason, <br /> Please consider this letter a formal request for review of the enclosed 1 lot (labeled as Lot 2) Certified Survey <br /> Map. This lot contains 5.14 acres and is located in part of Government Lot 2, Section 29, T. 37 N., R. 18 W., <br /> Town of Trade Lake. <br /> Jason, this survey is for that parcel that we discussed during our last phone conversation. The parcel is irregular <br /> in shape and includes the east half of the easement area for the town road known as Cedar Point Road. While <br /> completing this survey we found that a concrete slab, located on the east side of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map <br /> Number 1730, encroaches onto a part of Lot 2, as surveyed and mapped. <br /> The owners of Lot 2 would like me to record this survey as soon as possible to show to the world that there is a <br /> problem with the slab. <br /> Access to Lot 1, Certified Survey Map Number 1730 is from the east side of Cedar Point Road and then over <br /> and across a33 foot wide easement area. Access to Lot 2 is from the easterly part of Big Trade Road or across <br /> the northerly driveway or private road area. <br /> Enclosed is a check for$50.00 to cover the Burnett County Review Fee for a Certified Survey Map of an <br /> existing parcel. <br /> Does this Certified Survey Map need to be signed by either you or Tim Flannigan? <br /> Jason, if you have any questions regarding this survey,please contact me.
