By <br /> checking the box next to the standard you are certifying that the proposed project has been designed to comply <br /> with that eligiblity standard. Failure to clearly prove you meet the standard will either result in the need for an <br /> Individual Permit or longer processing times since DNR staff will have to obtain plan details that shows the project <br /> will meet all of the standards listed below. <br /> Eligibility Standard(s) <br /> �g The riprap may only be placed and maintained by a riparian. <br /> T Riprap repair or replacement may only occur once everyfive years. <br /> Riprap repair may not exceed 300 continuous linear feet of shoreline. <br /> Riprap replacement may not exceed 100 continuous linear feet or shoreline. <br /> C The repair or replacement will not disturb a sensitive area. <br /> (l The riprap may only be placed to the maximum height of the ordinary high water mark plus the wave height as <br /> calculated with the departments calculator. <br /> For replacement,filter cloth or clean-washed gravel shall be used as a filter layer under the riprap to extend the life of the <br /> structure,improve effectiveness and prevent soil erosion behind the riprap. <br /> Riprap shall be clean fieldstone or quarry stone 6 to 24 inches in diameter. <br /> The final riprap slope may not exceed(be steeper than)2 feet horizontal to one foot vertical. <br /> The toe of the riprap may not extend more than 8 feet waterward of the ordinary high watermark <br /> The repair or replacement must be re-vegetated above the ordinary high watermark with Wisconsin native plant species. <br />
