campsite will be a cleared area for trailer parking or pitching a <br /> tent, with electricity , water and a controlled fire pit with a grate <br /> for cooking or campfires. We will also have on hand a truck with a <br /> 300 gallon tank , pump and hose in case of an emergency. <br /> This lay out shows the maximum of 100 campsites throughout the <br /> property . Our first year plan will be to set up approximately 45 <br /> campsites . If things go well and we can make a comfortable living , 45 <br /> sites may be the extent of the campground. One of our reasons for <br /> wanting a campground is that we will be able to spend more time with <br /> our children and have more time for ourselves. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration. <br />
