The initial grant is good for 5 years with possible 3 year renewals. This request
is to renew this permit for another 3 years. We did not set it up for a public hearing, but
did send out notices to adjoining neighbors and the Township of this renewal request. No
objections were heard or received. Motion made by Peterson to approve a 3 year renewal
for conditional permit#1018, second by Alderman. Motion carried.
Review of Conditional Permit#1098—Isaacson (Yellow Lake Mobile Home Park)
At the 5/5/98 Zoning Committee meeting, Mr. Isaacson was granted a conditional permit
for a senior adult manufactured home rental park. There are a total of 18 lots for
manufactured homes. They were allowing room for 12'x16' sheds. Mr. Isaacson is now
asking if it would be okay to put 24'x24' garages on the lots in lieu of these sheds.
