I RESOLUTION # a012 -01 <br /> _ <br /> 2 <br /> 3 Resolution Adopting Revised Zoning District Map 2011-06 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 To the Honorable members of the Burnett County Board of Supervisors; <br /> 6 <br /> 7 WHEREAS, Gerald Bistram and Ann Amundson have petitioned the Burnett County <br /> 8 Board of Supervisors requesting that a parcel of real estate be rezoned from RR-3 and F-I <br /> 9 to A-2. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 WHEREAS, the Town Board of West Marshland has not objected to said District Change <br /> 12 and, <br /> 13 <br /> 14 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the Burnett <br /> 15 County Government Center by the Land Use and Information Committee of the Burnett <br /> 16 County Board of Supervisors, as required by the provisions of Wisconsin Statute Section <br /> 17 59.69(5)(e) regarding said District Change, and <br /> 18 <br /> 19 WHEREAS, the Land Use and Information Committee of Burnett County Board of <br /> 20 Supervisors has reviewed said proposed Zoning District Change, and has recommended <br /> 21 that the Burnett County Board of Supervisors APPROVE said proposed change. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Burnett County Board of Supervisors, <br /> 24 in accord with the provisions of Wisconsin Statute Section 59.69(5)(e), does hereby amend <br /> 25 the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance to provide that the following described parcel of <br /> 26 real estate be removed from the RR-3 and F-1 Districts and be rezoned A-2 District, said <br /> 27 District Change to be recorded on the Zoning District map of the Town of West Marshland <br /> 28 which is on file in the office the County Zoning Administrator in accordance with Article <br /> 29 XII of the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Property is described as follows: The S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the S 1/2 of the <br /> 32 SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 14; and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 ex S 465' of E 465' and <br /> 33 ex V.484 P.210 and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 23, all in T39N R19W <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Respectfully submitted by the Land Use and Information Committee <br /> 36 Signed and dated this 6`h day of December, 2011 <br /> 37 <br /> 38 J <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Maury Miller Charles Awe <br /> 41 ./� 'Zmn,.,.. � � <br /> 42 / w <br /> 43 Norman Bickford Brent Blomber <br /> 44 �/�/� 7- <br /> 45 'E'f' L//T� <br /> 46 Wayn Burmeister Dorothy H. c ard <br /> 47 <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Gary Lundb rg <br />
