Zoning and Dan Harrington of W DNR. The <br /> note states that the Conservation Commission Benchmark is a brass disk in concrete and is <br /> assumed to be 100.00. This is in error. The brass disk is BM 1813A and was reported to be <br /> 101.35 by the DNR. A spike in an Oak as described in the DNR notes is BM 1813 and is <br /> assumed to be 100.00. 1 found both. In measuring between them I found the elevation <br /> difference to 1.29'. The spike in the oak looks good and solid and assume that the small <br /> concrete monument has settled.
