Please <br /> review the restoration plan carefully. Modifications may be possible within the buffer <br /> restoration requirements. <br /> The zoning office requires an agreement that specifies your shoreline will be restored and <br /> maintained according to this restoration plan. The agreement must be signed, notarized, <br /> and registered in order to receive the land use permit for the construction of your home. <br /> The no-mow area should be started immediately. Plantings must be completed by <br /> September 30, 2001. Contact Cheryl Bursik or Dave Ferris at the numbers below when <br /> the plantings are complete.
