Attachment#2 <br /> Petition For Variance By Thomas J. and Ann Powers <br /> 1012 Blackburn Road <br /> Variance Requested <br /> We are requesting a variance from section 4.4(9)(b) of the Burnett County Land Use <br /> Ordinance. Specifically, we are requesting: <br /> (1) A variance from Section 4.4(9)(b)(3) of the Ordinance to allow an addition to <br /> the existing principal structure where a part of the expansion is closer to the <br /> water than the landward facade of that structure. <br /> and <br /> (2) A variance from Section 4.4(9)(b)(2) of the ordinance to allow the total area <br /> of the existing structure and the proposed addition to exceed 1,500 square feet <br /> of enclosed dwelling area by approximately 300 square feet not including the <br /> basement (i.e., allow approximately 1,800 square feet). <br />
