CONDITIONAL PERMIT #CUP-16-27 <br /> HAROLD AND DIANNE MCCANN <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> • Existing campers, decks and storage sheds should be brought into compliance with all <br /> requirements, including lake and wetland setbacks within 12 months of this approval. <br /> • Ordinance 30-543 requires each site to have at least one vehicle parking space located <br /> on each individual site. Existing sites should be brought into compliance with this <br /> requirement within 9 months of this approval. <br /> • Ordinance 30-543 requires screening. Screening (determined by the Committee) should <br /> be provided for the proposed sites within 24 months of this approval. <br /> • A complete campground map needs to be completed for the entire parcel (including <br /> existing sites) and filed with the Zoning Office (signed by a licensed architect, engineer <br /> or surveyor) which shows the campground layout, location of all sites, roads, property <br /> lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies, private waste disposal systems), recreation <br /> areas, and any other information the Land Use and Information Committee shall deem <br /> necessary within 9 months of this approval. Any proposed changes in the approved <br /> campground shall be presented to the Zoning Office for approval. No implementation <br /> of the proposed changes shall take place until written approval is received from the <br /> Zoning Office. <br /> • Sanitary systems are past due for inspections and/or servicing and should be done <br /> within 9 months of this approval. <br /> • Permit #29253: it is unknown if the shower house is connected properly to the <br /> replacement sewer system. This should be evaluated by a WI licensed plumber within 9 <br /> months of this approval. <br /> • Follow all local, county state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> • Must provide a copy of the state permit to the county within 6 months of this county <br /> approval. <br />
