TOWN OF SWISS
5751 Main Street • P.O. Box 157
DANBURY, WISCONSIN 54830-0157
(715) 656-3030
September 9, 1998
Jim Flanigan
Burnett County
Zoning and Land Use Office
7410 County Road K #102
Siren, WI 54872
Dear Jim.-
At
im:At our monthly board meeting, September 8, 1998, Wagner Surveying presented three
subdivisions that were approved by the Board.
1. Deborah Hedlund, property on Minerva Lake accessed from Minerva
Landing Road - 2 lots.
2. Greg. Johnson, property on Hwy 77 - 2 lots.
3. John Cullen/Greg Johnson, property on Hwy 77, providing a 66' private
easement - 4 lots.
All three subdivisions were approved. However, properties listed as numbers 1 and 3:
both of these subdivisions need to be reminded of the Burnett County driveway rules so
they are built with adequate width and end of the road turn around space for fire
protection equipment. Terry Gibbs from Wagner Surveying was reminded of this and
indicated he would include a cul-de-sac at the end of the John Cullen/Greg Johnson
driveway.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
Kay L. Bertzyk
