CERTIJ=IED `) URVEY M4P NO <br /> MMVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE: <br /> I, Joseph Stadler, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a {, <br /> "quest from Arthur Werner, I have caused the hereinafter described land to be <br /> surveyed and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to the beet of my <br /> knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map is a true and correct representation <br /> of that survey. <br /> THAT the exterior boundary of the land surveyed and mapped is described as follows: a- <br /> A parcel of land located in Govt. Lots 3 and 4 of Section 35, Township 39 North, <br /> Range 16 West, Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Meenon, Burnett County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast Section Corner of said Section 35; <br /> Thence South 45'03' 40" West 4419.82' feet to the point of beginning; <br /> Thence South 61° 14' 57" West 164.39' feet; <br /> Thence North 28046' 37" West 877.52' feet to a meander line of Clam Lake; <br /> Thence North 16036' 52' East 3.16' feet along said meander line; <br /> Thence North 06028' 43" East 283.90' feet along said meander line; <br /> TINMce, leaving said meander line, South 28 41 ' 14" East 1111 .65' feet and <br /> t* the point of beginning. <br /> VYiLs parcel contains 172,498 Sgare Feet (3.96 acres) including those lands <br /> lying between the meander line and the water's edge of Clam Lake and is subject <br /> to restrictions and may be subject to easements of record. <br /> THAT such map is a correct representation of the land surveyed; <br /> THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin <br /> Statutes in surveying and mapping the same. <br /> Surveyor's Notes: <br /> 1. This is a retracement of an unrecorded plat by Y.H. Caneday, dated October <br /> 1937• This plat is found in the office of the County Surveyor under index Number <br /> D-496. The parcel surveyed is Deeded in Vol. 230 Page 238 as recorded with the <br /> Register of Deeds, Burnett County, Wisconsin. <br /> 2. There is a gap between the currently monumented right-of-way line of S.T.H. 70 <br /> and Caneday's platted lot. <br /> 3.
