This is a retracement of an unrecorded plat by Y.H. Caneday, dated October <br /> 1937• This plat is found in the office of the County Surveyor under index Number <br /> D-496. The parcel surveyed is Deeded in Vol. 230 Page 238 as recorded with the <br /> Register of Deeds, Burnett County, Wisconsin. <br /> 2. There is a gap between the currently monumented right-of-way line of S.T.H. 70 <br /> and Caneday's platted lot. <br /> 3.
