This onsite found that the NW corner <br /> of your deck was only 76 feet back from the ordinary high water mark of the <br /> river. This corner of the deck is over 100 feet as you indicate when measured <br /> straight along the cabin line. I have enclosed a sketch to show where these <br /> measurements were taken. <br /> Unfortunately, your proposed addition can not be permitted as requested as it <br /> will encroaci on the 75 foot setback requirement. <br /> I am returning your application and check.
