Pursuant to outlet filter product approval stipulations,maintenance information must be given to <br /> the owner of the POWTS explaining that periodic cleaning of the effluent filter is required. The access opening <br /> used to service the filter shall terminate at or above finished grade with a watertight cover. <br /> Reminder <br /> • The orientation of the mound system must be such that the longest dimension is oriented along the surface <br /> contour per COMM 83.44(6)(a)2. <br /> • Limit activities in the area 15'beyond the down slope edge of the mound per Mound Component Manual. <br /> • Surface water drainage shall be diverted away from the system area per Mound Component Manual. <br />
