HOELLEN, a widow, JOHN J. HOELLEN and MARY JANE M. <br /> ' HOELLEN, his ,rife, adjacent thereto, they do hereby agree to give to ROBERT G. HAWKINS and ALVINA HAWKINS,his <br /> wife, notice in writing at least thirty days before the contemplated Sale of the substance of the terms on <br /> whi ch is is proposed to be made, which notice shall be by registered mail directed to ROBERT G. HAWKINS and <br /> ALVINA HAWKINS, his wife, at their last known address; and thereupon within thirty days from the date of the <br /> mailing of said notice to ROBERT O. HAWKINS And ALVINA HAWKINS, his wife, shall have the right of purchase <br /> , said property upon the terms and conditions proposed, and on the failure of ROBERT G.
