Your variance was <br /> granted with the conditions that a buffer restoration plan be established and that you <br /> remove a nonconforming deck by the lake. <br /> Enclosed are Shoreline Restoration/Preservation Agreement and Nonconforming <br /> Structure Removal forms. Both these forms will need to be signed by you before we can <br /> issue out your addition permit. The Shoreline Restoration/Preservation Agreement needs <br /> to be recorded in the Register of Deeds Office.
