There will be <br /> minor renovation to the existing building with a 16'x 24' addition. As presented at the variance <br /> hearing,the 2n4 Floor level will not be added. <br /> For your information - <br /> ❑ The variance case number approved last Fall is#854. <br /> ❑ I have included a preliminary copy of the agreement that was filed last fall about building two <br /> dwellings on one lot. <br /> ❑ Ken Strable is in process to obtain and coordinate the state holding tank permit; he will take <br /> care of the county sanitary permit. If you have any questions on the septic system, contact <br /> Ken. <br /> Once you received the sanitary permit and the land use permit is approve, send it to my office.
