Utilizing a non-dwelling structure as living quarters. We have received complaints that <br /> the large shed permitted as a shed and placed on this property is being converted and <br /> utilized as a dwelling. That is not a permitted use of an accessory structure. You need to <br /> pull the proper permits for a dwelling for this building and it must pass state Uniform <br /> Dwelling Code Inspection. This issue must be resolved by 6/30/2017. <br /> 2. Secondly, it appears you have placed another large shed on the property without any <br /> land use permits from the county. We are requiring an after the fact permit fee for this <br /> activity which will total no less than $300. This shed must meet all setback requirements <br /> and be permitted by no later than 6/30/2017. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department at any time. As for the unpermitted shed, if they <br /> get a permit submitted by the end of lune then only charge$225 She also told-me to change <br /> her mailing address to PO Box 404 Danbury. JT 6/9/17 <br />
