These Lots, 2 and 3 of the enclosed map, were to have Lot 1 and Outlot 1 for <br /> lake access. <br /> It was also stated that the building lots (Lot 2 and Lot 3) would not be sold separately <br /> from the lake lots (Lot 1 and Outlot 1). <br /> This condition of permit should be noted on the deeds. Example of this language could <br /> be"Lot 1, CSM Volume 18, Page 298 is created to provide lake access for Lot 2, CSM <br /> Volume 18, Page 298 and is not to be sold or used separately. <br /> When the deeds are completed,please send me a copy so I can file it with the permits.
