It has recently been referred to our mention hon our Land and Wader <br />Conservation Department that an increase in structure footprint has occurred on your property <br />rt 23928 Camp Drive. It appears a large amount of dock sections have been placed around the <br />yard of this property within the shoreland setback of 75' to be utilized as deck/patio area. I <br />have attached the original permit that was granted for the rebuild of this"bin after the <br />tornado in 2001. There is a very distinct difference between what was permitted by Jim <br />Flanigan and what exists on the property today. I have attached a copy of this permit. <br />We need the property to reflect what was legally permitted to be built/rebuilt within the <br />shoreland setback of 75'. <br />If you have questions feel free to contact me at any time.
