<br />The above matter having come on before the court pursuant to a stipulation executed on
<br />behalf of the plaintiff, Sunshine Resort, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, by Joseph Galambos,
<br />President, and on behalf of the defendant, The Galambos 2000 Gift Trust dated June 1, 2000, by
<br />Joe Galambos, Trustee. '

<br />The court hereby enters judgment in accordance with the stipulation entered into by the
<br />1. The defendant, The Galambos 2000 Gift Trust dated June 1, 2000, is hereby awarded
<br />title to the following described parcel of real estate free and clear of any claim by the
<br />plaintiff herein:
<br />A parcel of land located in Govenuuent Lot Four (4), Section Twenty-four (24), Township Forty
<br />(40) North, Range Fourteen (14) West, Town of Scott, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin
<br />and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the West -Quarter Corner of Section
<br />24; thence South 41'41'01" East 2153.89 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 88°25' 12"
<br />East 121.38 feet; thence South 78°51'52" East 35.00 feet; thence South 50°17'26" East 221.29
<br />feet; thence South 80°40'44" West 149.43 feet; thence North 0200159" West 249.08 feet to the
<br />point of beginning. This parcel contains 36,155 square feet and is subject to easements and
<br />restrictions of record.
<br />2. That the plaintiff, Sunshine Resort, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, is awarded title to
<br />the following described parcel of land free and clear of any claim by the plaintiff
<br />herein:
<br />Certified Survey Map No. 237, Volume One (1), page 248, excepting therefrom Certified Survey
<br />Map No. 1117, Volume Five (5), page 256, both as recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds for Burnett County, Wisconsin. The said Certified Survey Maps being located in
<br />Government Lot Four (4), of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Forty (40) North, of Range
<br />Fourteen (14) West, Burnett County, Wisconsin; Excepting the parcel of land awarded to the
<br />defendant above.
<br />3. Each party shall be responsible for their own costs and attorneys fees incurred in this
<br />matter.
