T37N-R1&WSec 30 -_ <br />Dear Mr. Towne: <br />The Department has reviewed the revised submittal, received August 21, 2017 (hard copy), and dated 8/16/2017. <br />The submittal is entitled; <br />"HYDRAULIC REPORT <br />For <br />HOLMES LAKE AND OUTLET <br />-Upstream of Trade River-" <br />Burnett County's investment in 2 foot contours has significantly decreased the cost of this submittal for the <br />applicants. In addition, the consultant provided excellent mapping and floodway data presentation to be used for <br />application of the County's floodplain zoning ordinance requirements. <br />The revised submittal is being approved as meeting NR 116 technical requirements for application of Burnett <br />County's Floodplain Zoning Ordinance requirements. The RFE's determined by the revised submittal includes a <br />Holmes Lake RFE of 887.40 NAVD-88. All of the Lake's mapped floodplain upstream of Range Line Road is <br />considered flood fringe. <br />Also included in the approved RFE'S is 21eS9�_OSOLonS lahPlPd A thrrn,gh r�t n„ u„t,„P� T ��At}et Al=__—____ <br />the mapped floodplain downstream from Range Line Road, cross-section A to cross section G is considered <br />floodway. <br />The submittal contains floodplain maps labeled "HOLMES LAKE AND OUTLET H&H STUDY MAP", sheets <br />1 and 2.
