BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #102 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2138 <br />zoning@burnettcounty.org <br />NOTICE OF ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />November 29, 2017 <br />Michael and Judy Qualle <br />1190 - 240th Street <br />Dresser, WI 54009 <br />RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP -17-28 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Qualle: <br />At the November 7, 2017 meeting of the Land Use and Information Committee, your <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit was considered. <br />On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was <br />determined that a Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED as follows: <br />To allow a camper year around for up to 3 years, located on Clam Shell Lane, in the RR - <br />1 zoning district, Government Lot 4 (Lot 9), Section 35, T39N R16W subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1- Sanitary reconnect permit needs to be obtained by June 1, 2018 to verify it is <br />connected properly. <br />2- Camper should be turned 90 degrees to meet setbacks by June 1, 2018. <br />3- Site address needs to be obtained by June 1, 2018. <br />4- Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br />A record of the minutes and the decision of the Land Use and Information Committee are <br />available for your inspection at the Land Use/Zoning Office.
