Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br />This conditional use permit does not include the land use permit fee. The expiration for <br />conditional use permits shall be the same as land use permits under Section 30-658(c). <br />A record of the minutes and the decision of the Land Use and Information Committee are <br />available for your inspection at the Land Use/Zoning Office.
