this location that the building sewers from the two separate shower houses will deliver
there wastewater stream via six inch building sewers. The series of septic tanks will
consist of two 3000 gallon tanks and one 750 gallon tank housing a Poly-Lok PL-525
effluent filter w/ 1/16 inch filtration slots capable of accepting up to 10,000 gals./day.
From this point effluent will gravity flow into a pair of 4200 gallon tanks tied together at
the bottom, providing surge/storage capacity for the time-dosing of effluent to the
pretreatment units at a rate of 110 gallons every 30 minutes. The pretreatment units will
consist of two Bio-Microbics 3.0 Micro Fast Units. These units are capable of removing
up to 12lbs. of BODS per/day. Further more they are documented to remove up to 65%
of the total nitrates from the wastewater stream and are approved for use by the DNR in
this regard.
Highly treated wastewater will gravity flow to a 1250 gallon dose tank served by duplex
pumps that will alternately dose approximately 560 gallons including drain back to three
of a total of six pressurized dispersal cells 6ft. X 138 ft. for a total dispersal area of 4,968
sq. ft.
Please contact our office at (715) 866-4157 should you have additional questions.
Thank you, for your time.
Jim Daniels
