BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 COUNTY ROAD K, #102 PHONE (715) 349-2138 p� <br />SIREN, WISCONSIN 54872 ✓ <br />a nd5� ��07� � <br />April 9, 2009 � f <br />Mr. Robert Buberl <br />5750 Memorial Ave. N <br />Stillwater, MN 55082 <br />RE: Notice of Noncompliance, Illegal Solid Waste Disposal, determination by the Wisconsin <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />Dear Mr. Buberl; <br />This office is in receipt of a copy of a Notice of Noncompliance sent to you by Bob Germer, <br />Waste and Materials Management Specialist, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, <br />finding that you have placed approximately 5000 cubic yards of material considered to be solid <br />waste on property you own at 28200 County Road T, consisting of Government Lots 8, 9 and 11, <br />located in Section 19, T40N I RI 5W, Town of Jackson, Burnett County, Wisconsin. The <br />placement of the solid waste and the operation of a solid waste facility on this property without <br />the required Permit is in violation of Article 3.3 (7) (b) (2) of the Burnett County Land Use <br />Ordinance, in addition to the Statutory violations enumerated by Mr. Germer in his letter of <br />March 18, 2009. <br />This Letter is an Order to abate the violation of the placement of solid waste and operation <br />of a solid waste facility on the above-described property. The Notice of Noncompliance you <br />have received from the Department has established a date of June 1, 2009, by which you are to <br />have removed the solid waste from the property. This office will therefore use the same date, <br />June 1, 2009, for Compliance with this Order for the abatement of the violation of the Burnett <br />County Land Use Ordinance.
