Floodplain elevation will have to be established on the lot by a <br /> surveyor or engineer. A follow-up after construction will be required <br /> to show that the first floor is two feet above the regional flood <br /> elevation. <br /> 2. 58 feet is established for lake setback. This setback is marked <br /> by orange flags. Your stakes were laying on the ground, but appeared <br /> to be at the setback. This will need to be rechecked by you. <br /> 3. The garage is staked out at only 33 feet from the centerline of <br /> the private road.
