Said parcel contains 48,122 square feet(1.105 acres)more or less including those lands between the meander lines and the approximate ordinary high water mark of Loon and Cadotte Lakes on an extension of the side lot lines thereof. This Parcel is subject to any easements,restrictions,reservations and rights of the public of a recorded and/It unrecorded nature. According to "Wisconsin Water Law"; where an existing natural lake SOONER has been enlarged by the erection of a dam, the state retains its ownership of theO ....•..•..Q_�� original lake bed and the riparian property owners retain the right of ownership to SUR , the original ordinary high water mark. Again,the public has immediate rights of 11 � access and use to the entire water•body so created. The gross lot area shown on the map includes the area labeled "Wetland/Possible Lake Bed".
