BURNETT COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE
Gerald E. Wagner
County Surveyor
Webster. Wis. 54893
Courthouse —OR— 715-866-4295
Tuesday — Friday 8:00—5:00
Hours: noonday 12:30—4:30
November 13, 1986
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP REVIEW #703
SURVEYOR: Michael E. Norton
DATED : November 10, 1986
CLIENT : Ed Vacik
LOCATION: G.L. 4 Section 8, T40N, R14W (Scott)
Recieved: November 12, 1986
Reviewed: November 12, 1986
I have reviewed the enclosed CSM and note the following:
( 1 ) The existing drive is shown as a 2 rod easement.
Chapter 236.20 (2) (C) States, in part:
. . . .Easement not parallel to a boundary or lot line shall be
shown by centerline distance, bearing and width or by ease-
ment boundary bearings and distance. . . . .
(2) It also appears that the area of the parcel between the 2 rod
easement and the lake will be slightly less than 20,000 S.F.
Because of the uncertainty of how to deal with access easement
that divide a lot (and creating "parcel" less than 20,000 square
feet) , the Zoning Office recommendation has been to keep 20,000
square feet intact and undivided - and avoid the creation of
outlots.
It may be that the existing 2 rod easement is being abandoned in
favor of the 20 foot wid easement as shown at the south end. If this
is the case, #1 and #2 above need not be addressed and appropriate
wording on the map would clarify the situation.
Sincerely,
6
Gerald E. Wagner, E,RLS
