RESOLUTION # <br /> Resolution Adopting Revised Zoning District Map 2009-14 <br /> To the Honorable members of the Burnett County Board of Supervisors; <br /> WHEREAS, Kevin Fossum and Michael Ehret have amended their petition to the Burnett <br /> County Board of Supervisors requesting that a parcel of real estate be rezoned from F-1 and <br /> RR-3 to RR-1 with a PRD development with a maximum of 18 residential lots and no change <br /> to the SW %4 SW '/4 of Section 12 or SE %4 SE %4 of Section 11, Town 37N RI 8W, and <br /> WHEREAS, the objective of the existing Burnett County Land Use Shoreland Plan and the <br /> Burnett County Shoreline Incentive Program is to protect water through minimum lot area <br /> and width greater than the state minimum, restricting shoreline vegetation removal and <br /> grading, and setback requirements being equal or greater than the State's minimum <br /> requirements, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Burnett County Lakes classification Plan is also intended to guide the <br /> county when reviewing zoning classification amendments of shoreland property, and a PRD <br /> (Planned Residential Development), which meets the goals of the County's Lakes <br /> Classification/Land Use Plan and utilizes the county's Shoreline Incentive Program will <br /> protect water quality, protect natural scenic beauty and rural character, and minimize <br /> negative impact on the surrounding residential/recreational property, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Town Board of Trade Lake has not objected to said District Change, and <br /> WHEREAS, another public hearing was held on February 2, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. in the <br /> Burnett County Government Center by the Land Use and Information Committee of the <br /> Burnett County Board of Supervisors, as required by the provisions of Wisconsin State <br /> Statutes 59.69(5)(e) regarding said District Change, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Burnett County Land Use and Information Committee of the Burnett <br /> County Board of Supervisors has reviewed said proposed Zoning District Change and has <br /> recommended that the Burnett County Board of Supervisors APPROVE said proposed <br /> change with the conditions that the applicant secures a Conditional Permit for a PRD with no <br /> more than 18 residential lots and enrolls the property in the Burnett County Shoreline <br /> Incentive Program, with the effective date of the Rezone Amendment to be the date of the <br /> final Conditional Permit approval of the PRD by the Land Use Committee, and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Burnett County Board of Supervisors, <br /> in accord with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statute Section 59.69(5)(e) does hereby <br /> amend the Burnett County Land Use/Zoning Ordinance to provide that the following parcels <br /> of real estate described as Government Lot 5 of Section 11 and Government Lot 3 of Section <br /> 12, T 37N R18W, be removed from the F-1 and RR-3 Districts and be rezoned RR-1, with <br /> the conditions that the applicant secures a Conditional Permit for a PRD with no more than <br /> 18 residential lots and enrolls the property in the Burnett County Shoreline Incentive <br /> Program, with the effective date of the Rezone Amendment to be the date of the final <br /> Conditional Permit approval of the PRD by the Land use Committee, said District Changes <br /> to be recorded on the Zoning District map of the Town of Trade Lake, which is on file in the <br /> office of the County Zoning Administrator in accordance with Section 12 of the Burnett <br /> County Land Use Ordinance. <br />
