Unnecessary hardship is present because... _The desire to reduce the potential for greater housing <br /> density and development on a class III lake is blocked by an out dated,non-used outlot from a <br /> 1984 plat. Based on a review by George Benson, Benson Law Office, and Burnett County <br /> Abstract Company, no one has access rights to the outlot(24-3124-03-505). This would be <br /> compatible with no one attempting to access the outlot. Please see the attached letters from <br /> George Benson and Burnett County Abstract Company in regards to the outiot. <br /> 2. Unique features of this property prevent compliance with the terms of the ordinance; they <br /> include... _The presence of an outlot precludes the creation of a larger lake lot and reduction to <br /> two buildable lots instead of three. Please see the attached letters from George Benson and <br /> Burnett County Abstract Company. <br /> 3. A variance will not be contrary to the public interest because..._It is more in tune with the spirit <br /> of the ordinance in that it will reduce the density on a class III lake and more closely complies <br /> with the Burnett County Development Standards. This would also allow for future development <br /> to be more evenly spaced and at a lower density than what could be developed <br /> currently. <br />
