Stats., related to the <br /> monumentation of corners on the South and West boundary lines of the subject Certified Survey Map <br /> (CSM) that fall within the right-of-way of Viola Lake Road. You have proposed placing standard <br /> monuments offset from the boundary corners along the road right-of-way within lot 4 as shown on the <br /> CSM. <br /> The department agrees with the proposed monumentation, and waives strict compliance with the <br /> requirements of s. 236.15 (1) (c), as allowed by s. 236.15 (1) (g). The proposed monumentation provides <br /> for accurate retracement of the parcell boundaries; strict compliance with s. 236.15 (1) (c) would be unduly <br /> difficult. <br /> We note that you reference this grant of waiver on the CSM.
