<br /> between the westerly extension of said described lot lines, as shown and marked, and the high water mark of
<br /> Dunham Lake. Said parcel contains 15.98 acres or 696,046 square feet, more or less.
<br /> Subject to the town road(Old"35" and Kolander Road) easements, all utility easements, and any recorded or
<br /> unrecorded easements and unwritten rights and all state, county and township rules and regulations.
<br /> The East 33 feet of Lot 4, lying north of the town road easement, is subject to a 33 foot wide access easement
<br /> for the benefit of Lot 3. Lots 1 and 2 are subject to a shared 50 foot deep by 60 foot wide access easement area,
<br /> as shown on sheet I of 3. Said access easement area is centered between said Lots I and 2, and the west side of
