<br /> L ) This survey merges two parcels into one. These parcels were previously described in deeds
<br /> recorded in Volume 479, page 94 and Volume 411, page 291. Furthermore, this survey shows
<br /> the result of boundary agreements accomplished by the exchange of deeds on both the east and
<br /> west lines. For the east line, the deeds forming the boundary are recorded in Volume 626, pages
<br /> 61 and 62. For the west line, the deeds forming the boundary are recorded as Document
<br /> Numbers 356225 and 356226.
<br /> 2. ) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data
<br /> concerning the existence, size, depth, condition, capacity, or location of any utility existing on
<br /> this site or affecting this site, whether private, municipal or public owned.
<br /> 3.)No abstract of title, nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the
<br /> surveyor. All documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other
<br /> documents of record that may affect this surveyed parcel.

<br /> I, Douglas R. Crane, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that at the
<br /> direction of Donald and Betty Meek, I have surveyed, mapped and described the parcel of land
<br /> which is represented by this Certified Survey Map;
<br /> that the exterior boundaries of said parcel surveyed and mapped are described as follows:
<br /> A parcel of land located in the Government Lot 1, Section 17, Township 38 North, Range
<br /> 17 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Daniels, County of Burnett, State of
<br /> Wisconsin, more specifically described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 17, thence N88°40'20"W, 990.01 feet
<br /> to the Point of Beginning;
<br /> thence SOI°21'36"W, 157.82 feet to a Meander Line of Mud Hen Lake;
<br /> thence S89°35'16"W, 112.20 feet;
<br /> thence leaving the Meander Line,NO '25'l 6"W, 55.48 feet;
<br /> thence N04'17'1 4"W, 106.32 feet;
<br /> thence S88°40'20"E, 125.30 feet to the Point of Beginning;
<br /> Intending that all lands between the Meander Line and the Shore of Mud Hen Lake shall be part
