Outlot 1 i.s used for road access and utility purposes to the adjoining lots and <br /> parcels and is called Azorah Lane a 66' wide private road on previous C.S.M. 's. <br /> The West Line of the Outlot was held between irons D & F and offset 66 feet <br /> northeasterly for the purpose of mapping. The individual lot irons on or near the <br /> westerly line control the individual lot lines. <br /> 2. Lot 1 was deeded as exception 7 of the Volume 538 Page 467 and is a 150 foot wide <br /> strip easterly of Azorah Lane as shown on the map. <br /> 3. The parcel deeded as Volume 415 Page 627 lies between CSM Lot 11 Volume 11, Page 32, <br /> CSM Lots 1 & 2 Volume 187 and the westerly right-of-way of Azoral Lane. The deed <br /> has some errors and the following calls were held to fix the loc tion as mapped; <br /> A point on the easterly line of Lot 2 CSM Volume 1, Page 187 107 61 fee " <br /> from the Norteast Corner of Lot 1 and 548.53 feet along the %SCONS��{„'s <br /> southeasterly line of Lot 11 Volume 11, Page 32. The resulting <br /> call between those two established points was 297.30 feet versus MARKS <br /> deed call of 296.92 feet.
