The <br /> application requires the legal description of the property (as <br /> shown on your tax statement) , name and address of owner and <br /> contractor, and also a sketch showing the location of existing <br /> structures and any proposed additions or structures. Also show <br /> the setbacks to any lot lines, lake, sanitary system and roads. <br /> Please see the attached handout for additional information. The <br /> permit fee for an addition is $10.00.
